Well-Being and Leadership Coaching incorporates enhanced well-being  including elements of mindset, stress management, and connection with yourself, your core family, and your team. 

After your “ZERO OVERWHELM” Call, you are ready to book a coaching service if you feel this is right for you.

Your next appointment will be an Initial Session Call. That is when we being to

1) highlight your strengths and values, 

2) clarify your overall well-being and leadership goals, 

3) create or calibrate habits and focus, and finally

4) set yourself up for success with personalized techniques to reach your ultimate goals.

From there, weekly or bi-weekly 45-50 minute coaching sessions will cover your progress and identify strategies to keep moving forward with achieving your ideal well-being and personal success.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

The Standing Mountain™ wellness coaching service is were created for entrepreneurs who are absolutely excited and dead serious about making a change and are ready to do what is necessary to improve their life,  which means bringing back that CONFIDENCE, CLARITY, CONNECTION and CRUSHING the next pitch, launch, or close on your list. 

Every day is a new day to discover your strengths and reach new heights.

These programs were created for you to put proven systems in place within a few weeks (if not the first session), which will lead to you gaining the FULFILLMENT you seek in your life each and every day.

Being a high-achiever, believer in a higher purpose, and always have a learning module or book or podcast going on somewhere, I’m known to work best with others who are ready to improve their situation and take the necessary steps to GET IT DONE, MAKE IT WORK, and BE THE BEST they can be.

For what types of people are your programs NOT going to work?

Not everyone is ready to move forward with change:

1. If you are not ready to make a change, then keep searching, reading, and SURROUNDING YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE that support you until you are ready.

2. If it is uncomfortable thinking about taking ownership and responsibility for your choices and making the necessary changes, then remember that until you realize that you have the power to improve your life, then your situation will continue to stay the same, if not get worse. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for your health and your life.

3. JOIN the free The Standing Mountain™ Facebook group. The free information will get you started towards your goals until you’re ready to work with me one-on-one.

Other types of personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic skeptic and complainer, as well as individuals who constantly make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. I also do not tolerate people who regularly blame others and do not take responsibility for their actions. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?


Resilient Routine™ system guides you to do:

 1. Calibrate

This is where we learn about your life and understand CRYSTAL CLEAR about what your intentions are and what you want to experience. Before you can create what you want, you need to KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. This is a space created for you to begin sharing who you are and where you want to go. Spending time with your coach on creating or calibrating a personal vision statement by using your core values. Homework assigned.

2. Claim

You may know what it is that is holding you back from succeeding, or you may need guidance on identifying what is holding you back. This is where we spend time identifying any self-doubt, inner resistance, anxiety, or fear that is blocking you from your full potential so that you can finally take action and RELEASE YOUR INNER GEESE. This is where YOUR WHY is identified. Not your partner’s why. Not your parent’s why. Your why. Claim your why. Homework assigned.

 3. Identify

We will IDENTIFY YOUR CHARACTER STRENGTHS and talk about past successes. Reset your focus on your SUPERPOWER, so you feel strong and confident. We will discover your passions and what exactly feeds your soul and why.

4. Fuel

We will pinpoint “your FUEL TYPE” and acknowledge systems you need to support your health, your relationships, or professional life. Knowing what YOU need to refuel your body, your mind, and your soul are very valuable to achieving your high performance focus and sustaining that focus for your long term journey.

5. Upgrade

We will learn specific “ADVANCED TOOLS” and add them to your personalized high performance formula. When you use these tools, you will achieve faster RESULTS. This is HOW you will be successful. Different people need different upgrades. Common upgrades include:
