1. Commence: Make a decision to begin communicating with kindness

2. Clarify: Identify the positive outcome you desire from the communication effort

3. Commit: Acknowledge  your values are and how your communication represents those values

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

The Standing Mountain™ wellness coaching for adults or young people is were created for people who are absolutely excited and dead serious about making a change and are ready to do what is necessary to improve their life,  which means bringing back that smile, moving forward with life goals, and getting back to the life they want. 

Every day is a new day to discover and reach new heights.

These programs were created for you to put proven systems in place within a few months (if not weeks), which will eventually lead to you gaining the peace you seek in your life each and every day.

Being a high-achiever, believer in a higher purpose, and always have a learning module or book or podcast going on somewhere, I’m known to work best with others who are ready to improve their situation and take the necessary steps to get it done, make it work, and be the best they can be. When my clients tell me, “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it,” I expect them to take consistent action.  You will receive the support you need, the tools, and a nourishing learning environment to guide you as you achieve what you need to achieve whether it is better relationships, improved whole body wellness, genuine fulfillment, or life purpose.

For what types of people are your programs NOT going to work?

 Not everyone is ready to move forward with change:

1. If you are not ready to make a change, then keep searching, reading, and SURROUNDING YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE that support you until you are ready.

2. If it is uncomfortable thinking about taking ownership and responsibility for your choices and making the necessary changes, then remember that until you realize that you have the power to improve your life, then your situation will continue to stay the same, if not get worse. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for your health and your life. 

3. JOIN the free The Standing Mountain™ Facebook group. The free information will get you started towards your goals until you’re ready to work with me one-on-one.

Other types of personalities I won’t work with (without exception) are the whiner or the chronic skeptic and complainer, as well as individuals who constantly make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. I also do not tolerate people who regularly blame others and do not take responsibility for their actions. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?

Together we emerge stronger by finding how your inner strength will move you forward to a place full of satisfaction, meaning, and fulfillment. This will happen when you begin to understand your true value, how to create powerful intentions, and how to manifest the life that you want whether that is better health, fulfilling relationships with those that are important to you. 

The Reclaim, Renew, Relaunch™ system guides you to do:


This is where we learn about your life and understand CRYSTAL CLEAR about what your intentions are and what you want to experience or reclaim in your personal life. Before you can create what you want, you need to KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. This is a space created for you to begin sharing who you are and where you want to go.

2. Release

You may know what it is that is holding you back from succeeding, or you may need guidance on identifying what is holding you back. This is where we spend time identifying any self-doubt, inner resistance, anxiety, or fear that is blocking you from your full potential so that you can finally take action and RELEASE YOUR INNER GEESE. 3. Refocus

We will IDENTIFY YOUR INNER STRENGTHS and talk about past successes. Reset your foundation, so you feel strong and confident. We will discover your passions and what exactly feeds your soul.

We will learn specific “REDISCOVERY TOOLS” and add them to your personalized toolbox. When you use these tools, you will achieve the RESULTS you are looking for. This is HOW you will be successful. Different people need different tools. Some of my health and wellness clients have gained common tools such as nutrition tricks and sneaking in non-exercise movement and incorporating accountability systems as they set daily goals for exercise and weight loss. Other clients have learned the power of affirmations and reframing their inner voice to sanctify their self-talk as they gain confidence and move forward with their life. Sometimes clients need exposure to a new perspective, insight, or understanding of internal and external dynamics that they didn’t notice before. Every situation is different and the coaching process is personalized to you. You receive what you seek. The coaching sessions are for you, not the for the masses.

6. Recreate

This is where we FINE TUNE YOUR LIFE VISION and set goals to achieve those things you value using the inner strengths you identified, skills you learned, and the power of believing that you can achieve our dreams and believing you deserve them.

7. Rebuild

Do all your homework. Be totally committed to yourself. Understand that making changes is a process, a proven one, that only works if you TAKE OWNERSHIP and action and do the steps.

Is a children’s picture book released May 2019 that gently introduces different communication styles and how sometimes mean talk happens at home and that it is not their fault, nor are they alone, if they find themselves in an unsafe situation. This book was created for the earliest reader but can easily provide a segue for deeper conversations with teens and young adults.
